You can make up large quantities in a short time and experiment with garnishes and presentation. Available in 6 delicious flavours, it can be used as a standalone dessert with garnish or added as a layer in cheesecakes, mousse cakes and trifles. Fill pastries and tarts with delicate mousse. Each 500g sachet produces 20-24 servings of 70g each. Available as 12x500g sachets = 6kg carton.
