The dough is stretched, shaped and individually quick-frozen to lock in flavour, texture and nutritional quality, delivering a consistent, high-performance product built for professional kitchens.
Unlike hard-extruded pasta, Vede Pasta uses advanced technology with silicone ‘fingers’ and bronze-die extrusion to replicate traditional hand techniques. The result is pasta with artisanal texture, excellent sauce adhesion and a reliable al dente bite.
