Each year production commences in early Spring to ensure customers receive a mature and developed pudding for their Christmas table. The ideal complement is their rich and smooth Spiced Brandy sauce, which was awarded a Gold Medal at the Australian Fine Food Awards 2016.

Spiced Brandy Sauce

It just wouldn’t be Christmas without Silver Penny’s gold medal-winning Spiced Brandy Sauce. Luscious and smooth, it is the perfect accompaniment to the puddings and comes in a glass jar in two sizes: 100ml (serves 2-3 and lovely in a gift hamper) and 200ml (serves 4-6).
