Molly Woppy began in 2002 with a light bulb moment. Alistair, co-founder, was working as a chef and his biscotti was so popular that customers kept asking where they could buy it. With that Alistair and his partner Hayley decided to start baking it at home to sell, they thought they might’ve been onto a good thing, and they were right.

Almost 20 years on Molly Woppy are baking up a storm in Auckland, New Zealand, crafting a carefully curated range of award winning cookies, biscotti and treats that are all made with love. All the Molly Woppy products are handmade, weighed, mixed, and scooped just like you would at home using the best ingredients, locally sourced where possible.

Their purpose is to share their passion for great food, done well using simple recipes that bring joy, flavour and passion to the world.
