Melbourne Meat Merchant Beef

Beef is sourced from one of Victoria’s oldest farms, Habbies Howe. Free range, pasture fed, the meat is aged for a minimum of 14 days for eating quality. Additionally, organic beef, including Halal is supplied by OBE Organic, situated in the channel country grasslands.

Flinders Ranges Dorper lambs are a premium free range lamb known for their good muscling and low fat scores, resulting in great tasting prime meat.

Choose from all the traditional cuts of lamb and prepared cuts such as butterflied legs, boneless roasts and Frenched cutlets.

Melbourne Meat Merchant pork comes from Greta Valley purebred free range Berkshires, ethically grown, APIQ free range certified and treated with kindness.
