Frittatas (Gluten Free)

Each Vegetarian frittata is handmade with love by the Helen’s team, packed full of fresh locally sourced ingredients and enjoyed by vegetarian, coeliac and gluten-intolerant customers as well as those making.

  • Baby Spinach & Fetta Frittata: Spinach, silverbeet and sautéed onion, with a creamy blend of cheeses, topped with crumbed fetta.
  • Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Spinach & Fetta Frittata: A wholesome blend of sweet potato and pumpkin chunks, oven-roasted with Spanish onion and herbs, combined with red peppers, baby spinach and crumbled fetta.

Gourmet Rolls

Our Vegetarian rolls are filled with fresh and flavoursome ingredients in a flaky pastry and are a quick and easy option for customers on the run.

  • Garden Spinach & Fetta Gourmet Roll: Spinach and silverbeet enfolded in a creamy blend of crumbled fetta, onion and spices wrapped in a golden puff pastry and topped with poppy seeds.
  • Roast Pumpkin & Ricotta Gourmet Roll: Oven-roasted pumpkin combined with ricotta, fetta, cottage and tasty cheese, herbs and spices, wrapped in a golden puff pastry.

Gourmet Scrolls

Our Gourmet scrolls are packed with locally sourced ingredients and deliver a hearty vegetarian flavour hit. Fresh vegetables, creamy cheeses, crunchy pastry and just the right amount of seasoning combine in a delicious savoury offering.

  • Oven Roasted Vegetable Gourmet Scroll: Fresh garden pumpkin, sweet potato, eggplant, capsicum and zucchini, combined with fetta and ricotta cheeses, in our classic homemade Napolitana sauce.
  • Spinach & Fetta Gourmet Scroll: Spinach and silverbeet in a creamy blend of crumbled fetta, diced onion and spices, wrapped together with soft ricotta into a filo scroll.
