Costa’s Biskotery and Rita have been in the business of baking gourmet biscuits and cookies using traditional methods, classic and contemporary recipes and the finest ingredients since 2003. They are famous for their Florentines, Fruit and Seed Muesli, Vanilla Yoyo, Smarty Chocolate Chip, Raspberry Bullseyes, Gluten Free Raspberry and Cream Yoyo and Gluten Free White Chocolate and Macadamia.

The range includes protein bites featuring raw and vegan ingredients so that no one misses out on an indulgent moment.

Costa’s aim is to be the preferred supplier of quality biscuits (including GLUTEN FREE) to cafes, delis, retailers, caterers and wherever good food is to be found. Today their products are available through cafes and delis around metropolitan Melbourne and country Victoria and are supplied direct and through distributors. They are also very interested in appointing distributors in other states and territories.

Costa’s is a HACCP accredited manufacturer and their gluten free items are tested regularly to ensure gluten free claims.
